We have 5 types of upgrades. Classic, Partial, Super, Deluxe 2, and Deluxe. The differences are the flooring, appliances, fixtures, and hardware. All renovated homes have quartz tops, stainless steel appliances, and plank flooring in common areas. Select homes have vinyl throughout.
Yes, we have 4 sizes. Small - $40, medium - $60, large - $80, x large - $100.
We are hard wired for Comcast, but they can bring any servicer.

Residents live directly above and next to shops, restaurants, cafés, and entertainment, with convenient access to major roads like University Boulevard, Arapahoe Road, and C-470, making it easy to get around the Denver metro area.
The property is in the Littleton Public School District (Littleton 6), which serves parts of Centennial and nearby areas.

Yes, pets are allowed. Max of 2 per home, no vicious breeds, pet fee is $300 and pet rent is $35 flat fees. Max weight is 50 pounds.

Maintenance & Emergency Requests
Via the resident portal, NOT Bilt.
Maintenance issues are generally addressed within 24 hours.
Emergency maintenance can be called by calling the leasing office and will be routed accordingly.
Move-In & Move-Out
Each home gets cleaned, carpets are cleaned, painted, and maintenance completed prior to move-ins.
Yes, all apartments are cleaned.
Yes, we will walk you to your home and complete a walk through with you.
Ensure that you are submitting your notice to vacate in writting to the office, complying with the correct notice period required by your lease agreement. Please clean out all personal items, clean the home, and return keys to the office.
You will recieve a statement after move out outlining any move out costs generally related to final utility billing and if any deposit was withheld for any reason.
